May 2K9 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sunday 31/05/2009 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx May was a mostly lovely month, weatherwise, but there are always some puddles somewhere in the best city in the world :)) Here's some music for the Summer :) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thursday 28/05/2009 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I got some funky new toys, the wickedcool MSI Wind Netbook and a blazing fast wireless router from Linksys...a big 'Thank You' to a very special person who made this happen, you're the BEST :)) So I took 'Tiny' on a stroll through the Downtown Amsterdam area and had some lekker coffee while sitting on a busy square, surfing the Net, watching the people and enjoying the sunshine :) Of course chilling out on the balcony is more fun now too :) May 28, 1987, a 'Teen Tests Soviet Air Defenses'...I guess that's the kind of thing people did for entertainment before the Internet, what a guy! Now, with the Internet, we can do things like watch 'The Story of Stuff'! And even though they had the NASA already back in those days, they did not have 'NASAtelevision'...but wait, shouldn't that be 'NASAvision' or something cool?! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Friday 22/05/2009 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I found some puddles, yay :D And this is what I look like when I do my wicked reflection thing! Sometimes I get bored with shooting puddles, so I try other things, like these... Speaking of photos and the Interwebs and all that, I seem to be one of the very few people that get the concept of maintaining a certain level of privacy for myself, when sharing information with complete strangers online. Even though you can find me on most of the major social networking/art sharing sites, I am keeping a healthy portion of my real life hidden from you, I don't need you to know what I look like, or in which street I live, to be virtual Friends with you. So my advise to you would be, beware of the 'Attack of the Zombie Photos'! View H1N1 Swine Flu in a larger map Even though this years Queensday was overshadowed by the tragic events surrounding the attack on the Royal family, there were a lot of parties in Amsterdam, most people had not heard about the horrible events yet or decided to continue trying to have a good time anyway, as a result the best city in the world looked like a big heap of trash today...well, more than usual, I know we're not so good with hitting those tiny trash cans even on a good day... I went for a ride on Bikey with some relaxing music on the earphones, enjoying the sunshine and the vibe in Amsterdam while dodging stoned tourists that crowded the streets, envying us locals for actually enjoying&living this shizzle year-round...lovely :)) Considering that those of us who don't live in Holland probably forgot about the Queensday tragedy already, here's something to help you overcome your financial difficulties, a free copy of the latest and greatest product from Bill Gates, Windows 7 (actually I'm just teasing you, you'll have to wait until the 5th of May ;)!
